Andrew Hall, MD
Dr. Hall is the founder and Medical Director at Relevium Pain Specialists. He is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, having completed his training at two of the top medical centers in the world. Throughout his years of training and in private practice, he has performed thousands of successful minimally-invasive procedures for the treatment of pain. He incorporates his enthusiasm for education in his daily medical practice to the benefit of his patients and the community in which he serves. Dr. Hall is passionate about helping his patients work toward restoring their function, reducing pain and suffering, and improving their overall quality of life.

Katherine Travnicek, MD, FIPP
Dr. Travnicek MD is triple board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain medicine, and brain injury medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialities (ABMS). She has many years of experience and specializes in treating spine, brain, nerve and musculoskeletal disorders.
Dr. Travnicek earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi in Jackson and completed a medical internship at the University of Nevada in Reno. She then completed a PM&R residency at John Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Travnicek finished an Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio where she served as Chief Fellow.

Carolina Morales-Alicea, PsyD
Dr. Alicea was born and raised on the island of Puerto Rico. She completed her undergraduate education at University of Puerto Rico and later her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Carlos Albizu University. After completing her studies and internship in the island, Dr. Alicea completed her postdoctoral experience in Las Vegas, which included individual therapy and psychological evaluations for the Department of Family Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, Bureau of Disability Adjudication, and immigration purposes such as hardship and VAWA evaluations. Dr. Alicea has made Las Vegas her home and has served the community since 2015.

Angela, affectionately called “Angel” has been in the nursing field, along with other health-related fields for over 20 years, starting her career in the United States Army as a medic to her current profession, as an advanced practice registered nurse/family nurse practitioner. Angela worked as a catastrophic field nurse case manager for ten years. Angela has achieved her Master of Science degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Samuel Merritt University. She also has a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. Angela has called Las Vegas home for the past 21 years.

Johnette is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who provides sedation for patients who need assistance relaxing during procedures. Johnette has over 20 years of experience providing anesthesia services to patient undergoing a range of medical procedures from pain procedures to general surgery.
Katriella Fernandez, FNP-C
Kat is born and raised in the Philippines and has been living in Las Vegas for over a decade. She completed her undergraduate education at UNLV and Nevada State College and graduated Cum Laude with BS in Nursing in 2015. With an eager drive to elevate her delivery of patient-centered care, she pursued higher education at Touro University Nevada and graduated with her MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2019. Kat has spent over 4 years working in the Orthopedics/Neurology/Spine unit at a local hospital before joining Relevium. Her interests outside of work include watching movies, hiking, plants, amateur photography, cooking, and spending time with her family and 2 fur babies, Mia & Mochi.

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who provides mental health services. Jennifer was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned her Bachelor's degree at Nevada State University and her masters in Clinical Mental Health at UNLV. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, catching up with friends, and dancing. What she enjoys the most is spending time with her son and dog. Jenny believes humor is the best medicine.
